LOCATION SERVICES

We are the first company to offer locations that are grower-friendly and to get private homeowners involved with Health Canada. We can offer potential home financing packages for homeowners as well as facility set-up.

Included in the grower’s membership fee is the service to find a suitable location to either rent or rent-to-own in Victoria, BC and surrounding areas. You are responsible for your set-up costs and security.

We offer:

• many locations that are insured for fire and flood
• a property management company that actively seeks out homeowners willing to rent space to medicinal marijuana growers
• appropriately-sized locations to match license capacity
• a maintenance crew for landscaping and exterior repairs
• assistance in appropriate home-facility infrastructure, eg. electrical, plumbing and air quality
• full confidentiality
